"It said it wants to hurt you." WB has unveiled the first full teaser trailer for James Wan's The Conjuring 2, a sequel to his 2013 horror hit The Conjuring, which was better than most other horror films that year. Vera Farmiga returns in this as Lorraine Warren, of the "renowned demonologists" Ed and Lorraine Warren. Patrick Wilson plays Ed and also returns. In this new trailer we get to meet a few of the children, who are being raised in a house haunted by creepy, evil spirits. This one is subtitled the "Enfield Poltergeist" and is apparently about a single mother raising four children alone. This looks scary as all hell, I really can't wait to see how much they're pushing the thrills again. That one eerie shadow shot is already haunting me.
Here's the first official teaser trailer for James Wan's The Conjuring 2, direct from WB's YouTube:
The supernatural thriller brings to the screen another real case from the files of renowned demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren. Reprising their roles, Oscar nominee Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson star as Lorraine and Ed Warren, who, in one of their most terrifying paranormal investigations, travel to north London to help a single mother raising four children alone in a house plagued by malicious spirits. The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist is again directed by James Wan, of the first The Conjuring in 2013, as well as Furious 7, Death Sentence, Dead Silence, Saw and both Insidious & Insidious: Chapter 2. New Line / Warner Bros will release The Conjuring 2 in theaters everywhere starting June 10th this summer.
