New Trailer for Disney's Animated 'Zootopia' Slows Down at the DMV

Zootopia Trailer

"Flash, Flash - hundred yard dash!" Disney has debuted a new trailer for Zootopia, their new animated project coming to theaters next March 2016. We've already seen one teaser trailer introducing the world of Zootopia, and the two main characters we're following: a fox and a rabbit, named Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman) and Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin), respectively. In this new trailer, we get a glimpse of the world and it starts out all energetic and exciting as Officer Judy Hopps is on the case, then suddenly it slows down when they go to the DMV to run a license plate. There are a few good jokes in this, and the point is to show how the animals of this world interact together. It looks fun, but I want to see more.

Here's the new full-length trailer for Disney Animation's Zootopia, direct from YouTube:

The modern mammal metropolis of Zootopia is a city like no other. Comprised of habitat neighborhoods like ritzy Sahara Square and frigid Tundratown, it’s a melting pot where animals from every environment live together—a place where no matter what you are, from the biggest elephant to the smallest shrew, you can be anything. But when optimistic Officer Judy Hopps arrives, she discovers that being the first bunny on a police force of big, tough animals isn’t so easy. Determined to prove herself, she jumps at the opportunity to crack a case, even if it means partnering with a fast-talking, scam-artist fox, Nick Wilde, to solve the mystery. Disney Animation's Zootopia, directed by Byron Howard (Tangled, Bolt) and Rich Moore (Wreck-It Ralph) and co-directed by Jared Bush, opens in theaters March 4th, 2016. Curious?
