Check Out Marko Manev's Official 'Star Wars' Noir Series of Prints

Star Wars Noir

These are stunning! Of course they're already sold out, but that doesn't mean we can't admire the artwork anyway. Bottleneck Gallery out of NYC and ACME Archives from California have partnered to launch this Lucasfilm-licenesed set of Star Wars Noir art prints by Macedonian designer Marko Manev. Manev is a well-recognized artist that has done impressive work for many pop art galleries in the past, but this set is exceptional. My favorites in this are the "Droids" and "Smugglers" prints, the other two (the Dark Side!!) are also gorgeous but I'm not sure I need to have them up on my wall to stare at every day. View in full below.

Here's the full set of four color prints by Marko Manev, with a look at the black & white set at the bottom:

Info from Bottleneck about this series: "Today, August 14th, at 12pm eastern, Bottleneck Gallery and Acme Archives will be releasing Marko Manev's latest noir-style print series inspired by the Star Wars universe. Officially licensed by Lucasfilm, the 13" x 19" giclee prints will be numbered out of an edition of 125 and cost $35 each or $125 for a matching numbered set. We will also have a special variant set that continues Marko's past Noir series." Alas, all of the prints are already sold out online, but you may be lucky to grab one if you stop by ACME's booth at the D23 exhibition this weekend. I would love to put a few of these on my wall! Ah yes, so much Star Wars nostalgia these days leading to The Force Awakens. Your favorites?
