First Trailer for French Action Movie 'Bastille Day' Starring Idris Elba

Bastille Day Trailer

"You really should think about anger management. You're reckless, and irresponsible, you can't just run and start firing." Studiocanal UK has debuted an official trailer for the French action movie Bastille Day, starring the always-awesome Idris Elba as a former CIA agent who goes to Paris, France to help with an anti-terrorism mission. However, as the quote above mentions, he seems to be more reckless than helpful. The cast includes Kelly Reilly and Charlotte Le Bon. This looks like it has some solid action, but more than anything it's great to watch Idris Elba kickin' some ass. I'm interested in checking this out. Take a look.

Here's the first trailer for James Watkins & Jill Gagé's Bastille Day, direct from YouTube:

A young artist and former CIA agent embark on an anti-terrorist mission in France. Featuring Richard Madden, Charlotte Le Bon, Alexander Cooper, Anatol Yusef, José Garcia. Bastille Day is co-directed by filmmakers James Watkins (of Eden Lake, The Woman in Black) & Jill Gagé, from a screenplay written by Andrew Baldwin (who also wrote the script for the upcoming Jason Bourne sequel). The film opens in Germany and Belgium in March this year, plus the rest of Europe throughout the spring. However, no US release date is set for this action movie. Stay tuned for more updates. Visit the UK site here. Your thoughts?
